We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is needed for account management.

2. AI Feature Requests & Data Shield

When you use our "Autonomous AI Engineer" to request custom software modifications, your text prompts, descriptions, and structural database schema are processed by secure third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini APIs) to generate code.

Data Shield Guarantee: Your actual financial records, transaction history, and client data are never transmitted to these external AI providers, nor are they used to train public AI models.

3. Data Usage

Your data is used strictly for:

• Processing your subscription, licensing, and invoicing.
• Sending you technical alerts (e.g., Server downtime, TDL updates).
• Providing customer support.

4. Payment Security

We take security seriously. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Itspact Technologies does not store your credit card or debit card numbers on our servers.

5. Cookies

We use cookies solely to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use intrusive tracking cookies for third-party advertising.
