Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparent rules for our digital services.

1. Try Before You Buy

We strictly follow a "Try Before You Buy" policy.
For all our TDL modules and Cloud Apps, we provide Free Trial Versions or Live Demos. We strongly encourage you to install the trial, test the features, and ensure compatibility with your system before making a purchase.

2. No Refunds on Digital Goods

By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have tested the demo and are satisfied with the product.

Once a payment is processed and the Server is Provisioned or the Download Link is generated, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "incompatibility" issues that could have been identified during the trial period.

3. AI Computing & Automation Credits

Any payments made for AI Automation Credits, Event Tokens, or Custom Feature Generation are strictly non-refundable. When you submit a request, severe computing power and third-party API costs are instantly expended to generate your code. Because computing resources cannot be "returned" or un-used, these transactions are final.

4. Exception: Technical Failure

We stand behind our base code. You are eligible for a Full Refund on base subscription packages ONLY if:

  • The TDL/App fails to function as described/demonstrated in the trial.
  • AND our Support Team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of you reporting it.

5. Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved under the "Technical Failure" clause, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
