You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode (Calicut).
Our platform utilizes an Autonomous AI Engineering engine to generate custom code, reports, and modules based on client prompts. Itspact Technologies retains full Intellectual Property (IP) ownership of all source code generated by our AI engine. By requesting a custom feature, you are purchasing a license to use the generated output within our ecosystem. We reserve the right to generalize, reuse, or resell AI-generated components to other clients on our platform.
While all AI-generated code undergoes automated security and syntax scanning before deployment, you acknowledge that automated code alterations carry inherent risks. Itspact Technologies shall not be held liable for any data loss, business interruption, or financial damages resulting from bugs introduced by AI-generated features requested by you. It is your responsibility to test requested features in a safe manner upon deployment.
